Chappell Roan has put down some serious bounderies between her and her fans. This applies to ALL fans, including an 11 year old who walked by her table at a hotel restaurant and smiled at her. A security guy yelled at the 11 year old for "disrespecting" Chappell. This story gained enough traction that the Rio mayor has banned Chappell Roan from performing in his city. She's denied doing any of this, but her track record speaks for itself. Chappell, for not just being able to smile back should feel shame, shame, shame.
