His debut novel, Our Lady of the Overlook, the first of a trilogy is out now. R.L. has a fascination for the mountains and finds a solace in the rural mountain communities in the Catskill Mountains of New York. He and his wife have traversed a number of the mountains including completing the Catkskill 3500s and completing the 24-mile escarpment trail in one long day.
