Coach Shoemaker has made a journey through small college football with his previous stop at the Eastern Washington University were he led one of the top offenses in the FCS. Coach Shoemaker was at the forefront of the uptempo and RPO trend and still utilizes those in his offenses today. In addition to the stressors like Tempo and RPO, Shoemaker layers in other stressors like formation into the boundary, stacks and bunches, compressions, and unbalanced.
