In this episode Leaders of Tomorrow, host Melanie Taddeo asks Sibasis what defines leadership and what should today’s youth focus on. “Spend 2/3 of your time asking and 1/3 of your time telling,” according to Sibasis. He explains that this focus on listening helps empower a team and helps members of a team feel that they belong.
