Le leadership conscient propose une autre lecture,: celle d’un leadership qui intègre la complexité cognitive, la surcharge mentale et la qualité de présence dans la décision. Cette approche devient particulièrement pertinente pour les dirigeants, cadres et indépendants confrontés à des environnements à forte intensité et aux fonctionnements neuroatypiques.Le leadership ne se réduit pas à une fonction hiérarchique ou à un rôle organisationnel. Il peut être compris comme la capacité à orienter une dynamique collective dans un contexte d’incertitude, en articulant vision, décision et action.Dans cette perspective, le leadership n’est pas uniquement une compétence visible ou une question de contrôle.
