We don’t want to burden the people we lead. So we walk alone. And over time, the isolation corrodes our strength. But here’s what I’ve learned as a Warrior Servant Leader: we were never meant to fight alone. Servant leadership breaks that loneliness. Because it’s not about being untouchable—it’s about being connected. It’s not about thrones—it’s about circles. Circles, not thrones. Build a trusted circle of brothers, sisters, and mentors. You can’t fight every battle solo.Vulnerability is strength. When you say, ‘I’m struggling too,’ you don’t lose respect—you build trust.Anchor in faith. No leader was designed to carry it all.
