And really, once you've got a team of three or four, that's actually the minority of your time, the majority of your time is looking after your team.And then, suddenly I'm looking after a team of three or four, and I've learned to that I'm supposed to be delegating a fair amount. I think that was helpful for me.You need to be doing organizational impact work. And if that's not there, you begin to feel a bit lost.if you're not involved, you just get isolated.
