Developing Tomorrow’s Leaders: Inside the Leadership Wakulla Program Leadership Wakulla, an elite program operated by the Wakulla County Chamber of Commerce, is designed to sharpen both emerging and seasoned leaders. By providing an inside look at the vital assets and operational realities of our county, participants gain the knowledge and connections necessary to become effective community ambassadors. -- Through a structured series of monthly program days, attendees gain a deep dive into crucial community sectors, including Human Services, Economic Development, Government, Justice, and Public Safety. -- One of the unique aspects of the program is the "Job Exchange Day," which allows participants to shadow local leaders, providing them with a firsthand view of the complexities and challenges involved in running our community’s infrastructure. -- The program serves as a powerhouse for networking, fostering both deep professional partnerships and genuine personal friendships that continue long after graduation. -- For business owners and managers, this program serves as an invaluable investment in employee retention and professional development, ensuring staff members are well-informed and connected to the decision-makers in our area. -- With a highly selective cohort limited to 12 participants, Leadership Wakulla ensures an intimate environment where no question is off-limits and direct, honest engagement with community officials is encouraged.
