- Where does each team member naturally come to life during change?
- What might need to be released before we move forward?
When facing challenge, ask:
- Have we done something like this before?
- What strengths have helped us succeed?
- What’s at the “end of the trail” that motivates us?

Is this a challenge to grow through?
A change to adapt to?
Or an uncertainty to navigate?
