He has held leadership roles across education, public service, and mission-driven organizations, including Teach For America, AmeriCorps initiatives, and family services programs in Texas and Oklahoma.Most recently, he stepped into the leadership role as Executive Director at SpineHope, where he leads global efforts to expand healthcare access and sustainable surgical care for children and youth in underserved communities around the world.
