Our inspirational guest, Christina Flach, experienced a lot of grief and sadness in her life with the death of her loved ones. As a kid, Christina stayed by her mother’s side while she battled cancer, her infant son Beau passed away on Christmas morning, and in 2018 her husband, professional tennis player Ken Flach, died from Sepsis. Instead of staying negative and angry, Christina chose to grieve in a positive way. Christina does this by honoring her loved ones and striving to stay optimistic. She continues to find strength though her faith and her children.
