You are unable to control everything that happens to you, and loss is a recurring cycle. However you can remember your inner strength and use it to live a full life.Our first caller, Carole, asks Nancy how to retain a strong relationship with her grandchildren who live in another state. Hear Nancy stress the importance of embracing little moments that Carole can share with her grandkids. It could be as simple as reminding them of a special movie moment that they loved and have watched together. Or it can be as simple as reflecting on a happy memory Our second caller, Andrew, feels overwhelmed with school and work, and feeling pressure to balance both. Our inspirational guest Amy Bioncholli, shares her experience of loss. Her father attempted suicide when she was younger, and as her life moved forward her sister and husband took their own lives. Amy is a survivor who tells that the ability to lighten the mode and break the cycle of negative energy is an important element in getting through such heart-breaking times.
