Learn How You Can Overcome Feeling Hopeless As You Live Full Out

from Living Full Out Show · host Nancy Solari - Living Full Out

The Living Full Out Show with Nancy Solari can support you when you are feeling hopeless. Maybe you recently lost your job and are having trouble finding a new one. Perhaps you are struggling to move on from a difficult situation or past relationship. When you are feeling lost and dejected, remember that it is important to reach out to others. Having someone there for you can help manage the worries and loneliness you might be feeling. Being able to overcome the pain and difficulties, enables you to become less stressed and more optimistic. Our first caller, Kale, is diagnosed with Narcolepsy and wants to know how she can stay motivated and energized for her athletic work and school. Nancy recommends that she sets a certain time aside each day to focus on something that gives her comfort. Taking an opportunity to focus on oneself, uplifts you and gives you a boost of energy to take on the tasks for the day. Tune in to hear how you can utilize hobbies in order to replenish your energy. Our inspirational guest, Amanda Webster, experienced a lot of hardship in her life with moving, feeling like an outcast in school, and tragically losing both of her parents when she was only in her early twenties. One top of that she also faced sexual assault, taunting, and bullying from others because of her bisexuality. After the loss of her parents Amanda became depressed and went through some dark moments, almost taking her life. Despite the challenges, Amanda learned the importance of talking to others and being ok with grieving. Listen in to hear Amanda's story of how she was able to overcome her hopelessness and change her life for the better. Our final caller, Alichia, wants advice on how she can keep her work and resting spaces separate, especially during this time when most of us are working from home. Nancy recommends that she finds a way to switch up her environment and ambiance. She could also change the place where she works from time to time. Maybe take her work outside or in another room. Nancy also reminds Alichia to embrace this free time we have at home and to live in the movement. Tune in to hear how you can shake things up in order to make your daily tasks more exciting! Perhaps you are feeling stressed about the future or a financial situation. Maybe you are going through a dispute with someone close to you. Overcoming hopelessness is about talking to others and getting support, while also finding the power to move on. We all experience different adversities throughout our lives, but it is important to take those challenges and learn from them, rather than dwell on them. Finding guidance and strength during hardship gives you the opportunity to let go, allowing you to live full out.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/living-full-out-show--1474350/support.
