Over the last 20 years, Coach Valerie has learned many tips and tricks to manage her time and reached goals as she juggled being a wife, mother of two special needs children, volunteer work, and a physiotherapist for over 30 years who transitioned to becoming a coach. Coach Valerie  is in process of authoring a book and is collaborating with two other coaches on a book as well as facilitating with these coaches in an Academy for women 50+. Valerie speaks at conferences and summits and is passionate about her audience being empowered to be in control of their time, to create progress, instead of time controlling them.
