What if they just create an industry standard? And so that was something that we worked very closely on at Microsoft was helping this industry and many others that we did similar projects with to build a sort of industry consortium."Lee: "We want to help you figure out what to be querying of your data. You might not even know the questions to ask, and that's a big part of what we do is help you figure out what are the questions to ask. Where should you be focusing your time and attention?"Lee: "I'm a big believer, in general, that one of the most valuable skills you can have is just being able to predict the future with a higher degree of accuracy than the next person can. I'm a big believer that the way that you build out that muscle is by understanding the past and by understanding people."Lee: "Sales is education and it's about understanding the people that you're speaking to, empathizing with them, and then being able to educate them on why this is good.
