Send us Fan MailThis episode is the second part of a two-part podcast where we give you a little glimpse into our team.  Click here to listen to the first half of this episode. But if you don’t want to do that, here’s a quick recap:A few months ago, we were testing out new podcast equipment and decided we should have five of us on one episode. It ended up that I got to chat with Sara, Linda, Carrie, and Steph. Someone found a list of 50 questions you should ask kids, and we just started asking each other random question. Like literally they gave me a number, and I read them a question. I even answered some of them too. The second half here, like the first, is mostly free of the usual production we do in the editing process. There are three reasons for this:We believe strongly that teams who have fun together are more productive, and ultimately, stay together longer. We think this episode illustrates a little bit of that, and hope it will inspire you to find ways to keep things fun on your team.It shows how simple it is to get conversations going with your team members. Even a superficial starting question can lead to a much more in-depth discussion and ways of knowing one another.Strengths. At the end, we make the turn to talk about Strengths. It’s important to note that you can use whatever you have in front of you to make Strengths-based observations of people — even a list of 50 random questions. About The Leadership Vision PodcastThe Leadership Vision Podcast is a weekly show sharing our expertise in the discovery, practice, and implementation of a strengths-based approach to people, teams, and culture.
