Learning to Surrender

Come join me in this solo episode where I'm so excited to share a life update with you. I've been loving my guest episodes (and there's so many more awesome one's coming your way) but I've also missed chatting with you in this way! Different to where I was in the mess a few weeks back, last week I found myself feeling complete and utter joy. Life is good, business is good, I'm in flow and we're getting really close to packing up our house and heading overseas for six months! Yep, I feel like I've been talking around the edges of this for a while, but now as the details are coming together (after we've had to change our plans completely) I'm so excited to share them with you here first! I'm also sharing an announcement about the therapeutic modality that I'm about to start studying (so excited!) that I know is going to supercharge the results of my clients, and how I'm fully trusting that our travel will support the rebirth of my coaching offerings as I feel more called to support the growth and healing of others in different ways. All of this alongside some reflections on what's got me to this stage, how an increased awareness of my thought patterns has been key...and the power of learning to surrender!
