Learning to unlearn is not easy but it is possible.Throughout our lives we learn how to do things, how to behave, how to interact, how to do a task, how to parent, how to cook and so much more. We can arrive at a place in our lives where we no longer want to do things a certain way not because it was wrong and sometimes because we realise it doesn't serve us anymore. We then have a conscious awareness we want to change and sometimes we don't know where to start to make the change.As the saying goes "You don't know what you don't know" Relationships, we want them to be more loving, more open and have more intimacy, a greater level of respect and love.
