Ministry is challenging to say the least and yet it is something God values. Although there are ministers who have contributed to making things worse, there are many ministers who have made things better. There are many Spirit-led ministers who have the heart of Jesus who are contemplating leaving the ministry. Honestly, this is the last thing we need in churches.
