Earlier this week Mark Carney revealed his choices of whom to be in cabinet. Many of these ministers were the kingpins in Trudeau’s Government. But it appears that Carney may allow each ministry to operate under its own steam - unlike Trudeau who controlled every aspect of Ottawa through his unelected advisors.
