Leece MIA: Char on her return to exercise, Jess with two cents

Hello! Leece is MIA today. Growing up we always felt an extra sense of safety and confidence when we had Leece around. Her sparkly, outgoing and for the most part extroverted ways really helped Char and I with our desire to hide under tables on our birthday. Well, we hope we do the podcast justice today with Leece taking time out in Fiji; we're feeling the heat! In today's episode we discuss Char's return to exercise off the back of an email we received from an avid podcast listener.
