Left on Read (Solosode)

Turned on the mic and just started talking. Something I'd like to start doing regularly. Just about the things I'm going through in that week, that day, that moment. This week I talk about something that's difficult for a lot of us ... getting left on read. Such a basic thing that says nothing about us. So, why does it feel so personal? How do we navigate the things that feel tough? How do we allow and accept these little things without internalizing them? Without making them mean something about us and our worth? Sometimes it feels like a never ending battle ... which is why I always say #keepgoing
