A lead is sales ready, they actively have shown you that they are interested in what you do. Sending a thoughtful gift to someone who helped you generated a lead can go a long way and helps build a great relationship. Give yourself room for an opportunity for a follow up call to keep coming back. If you’re trying to generate a lead through a phone call, it’s important not to stop just after the first call if you can’t reach them.
