En parlem amb el president de l'AVC, Valentí Roqueta; el copropietari del restaurant Quatre Molins, Jaume Giralt; el sommelier del restaurant Windsor de Barcelona, Christian Aragone, i amb Maria Ángeles Chiriboga Varea, sommelier i parella del xef i propietari del restaurant La Boscana, Joel Castanyé. Avui també tastem un vi d'Antologia de Família Torres, el Mas de la Rosa del Priorat, amb l'enòleg Jordi Foraster. I a la secció "La caçadora de productes", la Sole Insua ens parla amb Joan Segura de Fruits Secs Les Garrigues, una cooperativa de segon grau amb seu a Maials formada per 1.300 socis, amb 8.359 hectàrees d'olivers i 4.211 hectàrees d'ametllers.
