Donc vous pouvez soit supplémenter vos oméga 3 ou manger des aliment riches comme les sardines, le maquereau ou encore les anchois. Un bon équilibre entre les omégas Les omégas 3 sont bons pour le cerveau, pour la vision et ils vont sur le long terme maintenir notre bonne santé cardio-vasculaire. Par exemple, il est important ches les adolescents qui sont en période d'examens. Si nous prenons trop d'oméga 9, ça va nous rendre stressé. Et encore plus si il y a un vrai déséquilibre qui se créée. Si vous en manquez; vous pouvez dons supplémenter. vous ne prenez aucun risque c'est comme pour le magnésium. Sandra Veziano, vous recommande 2 à 4 gélule par jour pendant ou après les repas. C'est à ce moment-là que ce sera le plus efficace.
