This is a long one, I think Liliana helped me to get some frustration out, so it was reverse therapy tonight! She started asking me the questions from the lesson and we got sidetracked into the global ELT industry, English courses that don't work (i.e. the majority) and it was fascinating to hear Liliana's testimony to that fact and further explanations.
