Richard Fagerlin is a Jesus follower, author, speaker, entrepreneur, and the founder of Peak Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in organizational health and effectiveness. Richard shares his story of growing up on a farm, and his initial introduction to leadership which took him on a lifelong journey to serve and teach others. He looks back on his entrepreneurial journey and shares some of the key lessons he learned while building his business.  We dive into the importance of raising well adjusted, resilient children, and talk about some of the key mistakes parents make while doing so.
