Lessons from the Camino

There’s a deep wisdom that reveals itself when we walk in nature—especially when we give ourselves the time and space to walk long distances. In this episode, I share some of the powerful lessons I learned while leading a group of women on a 115 km trek along the Camino in southern France. This was more than a physical journey—it was a soulful one that reminded me of the importance of surrender, the value of discomfort, and the beauty of simply holding space for others. I also reflect on the parable of the moth and the cocoon, a story that perfectly illustrates why we need to struggle sometimes in order to grow.
