Lessons Learned from Year One of Coaching

Whether or not you have an agency or one on one business, you can add a group coaching program into what you’re already doing. It took a long time for Jess and Margy to pull the trigger on starting this program out of fear that nobody would sign up for it, even though they already had an accomplished and established business offering another service. Margy and Jess list out some questions you should ask yourself before you decide to create a new offering in your business in order to set yourself and potential new program up for success.
