The event was one of the first pieces where she honestly said to herself, "I need to be around this coaching. This sisterhood really feels good."The other piece was delving through some great modules, on which she felt she wanted more and was getting insights she had never gained elsewhere.The other piece was through my coaching, where I called her on it and forced her to look at it, which made her feel different. That sense of newness made Kendra dig deeper into the program.Being Called OutThere was a pause when Kendra heard about the role she was personally playing and how she was showing up. She felt there was tension between the roles she was playing.She thought she was showing up in a way that would allow her to be successful, showing up how people wanted to see her.
