Health advocates say enforcement officers are needed to clamp down on the illegal vape trade. Reports suggest that the sale of vaping products that don't meet regulation is widespread. Asthma Foundation Chief Executive Letitia Harding told Mike Hosking that retailers selling illegal vaping products need more than a slap on the wrist.
