I talk about psychiatrists and their need to relive the past. Marinating in the past. Bathing in victim hood. I don't believe in that. I believe in identifying the problem and moving on. Moving upwards. Reliving the past does nothing but keep you down. I also talk about the government shutdown. My main point of this episode is get up, get going and do something!Support the show
