I feel gathering information and hearing all points of view, is part of that.  What's been keeping me up? Ignorance! Ignorance is not always bliss. I wish people would take the time to hear ALL sides. To listen to news outlets you may not like? To read articles written by someone with a different perspective. The more information we have, the better we can form an opinion. I somehow babble on about this for 40 minutes? I may have gotten a bit long winded? Support the show
