Let’s get real about getting real

In the last 9 months since the pandemic started, I have interviewed over 100 guests of all ages and I have learned so much. This is what I’ve learned...only a small percentage of my guests were open to being completely vulnerable and willing to invite us into the “real” darkness.” In this episode, I bring you into the darkness.  Here are 3 awareness's I had when it came to choosing the dark in the last week: Choose to fallAsk for helpChoose and DO something Remember...you are all of it. You are full of light and you are full of darkness. You can choose happiness and you can choose sadness. You can be sweet and you can be nasty. When you choose only light most of the time, that is exhausting and gets old.
