Let's hold bad parents responsible!

Should parents be held accountable for the horrific job they did raising their kids? I watched the videos of young people during horrible things, but a video last week really disturbed me. A 17 year old and his companion saw a bicyclist up ahead, ran him over and killed him. They were laughing the entire time, and posted the event on social media. They had no filters whatsoever! Once again I thought, “Where were their parents? Why didn’t their parents teach them something about the value of human life? These kids had no filter whatsoever and I think it’s time that we hold parents accountable for raising their kids, Or perhaps it’s more likely they just didn’t care, and didn’t even raise their kids to be anything.
