Let’s Talk About Embracing Change with Ana Portillo

from Working Title with Keisean Raines · host Keisean Raines, The Calm Coach

Podcast Notes: Ana Portillo A candid, heart-centered conversation with Ana Portillo about embracing the process of transition and change with grace, humility and patience. Ana has a love for all things movement and dope beats with heavy bass. After dancing for most of her life, Ana discovered yoga as a way to connect with her mind, body, and soul, and develop self-acceptance. It wasn't until taking her first Buti yoga class that Ana realized it was possible to combine the spiritual journey she experiences in yoga with her love of dance, and do it all to music that makes you want to move and release love and energy and amazingness. After graduating from UC Berkeley and living in Brazil, Ana moved back to Los Angeles and was immediately drawn back to Buti yoga, and became certified in hopes to bring the same feelings of freedom, fullness, and empowerment to others. Ana believes yoga is for everybody, all ages, shapes, and sizes, and her classes create a safe space for students to feel inspired, practice self-love and acceptance, let their creative energy flow, feel connected, and have fun! When not practicing yoga, Ana can often be found at the beach, traveling, cooking, dancing, reading, or eating tacos.
