Bridget was diagnosed with endo in 2018, following a 12 year journey to diagnosis. Following this diagnosis, in 2019 she launched @endogram and with over 26 k followers at time of recording, Bridget has cultivated a community from her honesty and vulnerability. It was from this that Bridget started her newest project, How to Endo, a guide to surviving and thriving with endometriosis.
