She completed two years of working in Obstetrtics & Gynaecology and a post-graduate diploma in Obstetrics & Medical Gynaecology before moving to general practice. She's also the founder of the Ella app, an educational 6-week pain programme for people with chronic pelvic pain. The Ella App is based on published research and teaches people how to address pain system hypersensitivity and nervous system dysregulation which are important drivers of chronic pelvic pain.
