Jamila is an actor, playwright and disability advocate, living on unceded Kaurna land in Adelaide South Australia. Jamila uses they/them pronouns and is a queer, nonbinary, ambulatory wheelchair user living with Endometriosis. Jamila is currently a Carclew Fellow and Artist in Residence, Co-Chair of the Equity Diversity Committee, and uses their Instagram @mamila_jain as a place of advocacy, community, and performance.
