Letting go...

from Hope when there was none Hosted by Melinda Kunst

Hello #selflovechallengeday13! Is there someone that you have been tolerating in your life? It's the person that makes you feel tension in your shoulders or neck. You may even dread having to go to a gathering or maybe it's the workplace. This can also be dealing with a tough situation that just doesn't go away or there is not a good answer to fix it so there is constant strife. It can be hard to let go of people especially if it's a family thing. Making the decision to release that person or situation is courageous and a way to honor yourself. This may be a few days or for a season. Are there some Boundaries you need to put in place? If it's a toxic workplace can you start to look for another job. Even if it means taking a pay cut? Your peace and happiness are important. Write a list about all the positives for keeping this person/people in your life. Then write another list of why you deserve to take a break or let go all together. Compare both and hopefully this will help you find the right answer for you.
