In this episode, I’m getting real about a struggle I’ve been facing—whether to continue with this podcast and my life coaching business. As a mom of three young kids, I’ve been feeling torn, trying to give my all to everything and everyone, but finding myself stretched too thin.   A recent message I heard on The Daily Hope Podcast hit home: “You can’t parent in your spare time.” It made me realize that my children need me fully present right now, and I’ve decided to prioritize them during this fleeting season of their lives.   I’ll share how I’m learning to let go of the need for control, embrace the messiness of motherhood, and live more in alignment with my values. This means putting life coaching on hold and shifting the podcast to a less frequent schedule, but it’s a choice I’m at peace with.   Tune in to hear more about this journey and why letting go is sometimes the best way to hold on to what truly matters.   If this resonates with you, please consider leaving a rating and review—it helps sustain my efforts in producing this podcast and allows me to connect with more moms like you. Until next time, remember, you’re not alone on this journey. We’re in this together!   For resources mentioned in today's episode, visit the show notes page at tanyavalentinecoaching.com/51
