Leviticus 21 There are no longer to be priests but believers are a new kind of one.

from Revering the Word · host Jay Cavaiani

Today, helps illustrate that no one is to be “Father Ted” or Father ______ to you. The priesthood of the Old Testament has ended. The church is now to be lead by Elders who are also Pastor/Shepherds. The priesthood is now all believers who are to declare the praises of Him who called us out of darkness and into his marvelous light. In addition, New Testament Pastors may marry. In fact even Levitical Priests of the Old Testament could marry. Any church that has priests at all and then in addition does not allow them to marry is not following the Bible and there have been significant ramifications for their false teaching. ★ Support this podcast ★
