Lewis Howes and his School of Greatness: A new book and a new outlook on life

Lewis Howes opens up about his new book -- The School of Greatness -- and his new outlook on life. The former AFL football player and decathlete talked about a wide range of issues including family trips to see his brother who was in jail during his childhood, how his secrecy around being raped as a child caused him to lash out in other ways as an adult and what he's found is the common thread between all those who he's interviewed in his School of Greatness podcast. I also thought it was refreshing for Lewis -- a man's man and pro athlete -- to talk about how men should be more vulnerable and emotionally available in life.  Definitely rate this one as one of my favorites.
