Three weeks since the disappointment of going down to Cork in the Lidl National League Final, Galway begin their championship aspirations this Sunday (3rd May 2026) when they defend their TG4 Connacht senior championship against arch rivals Mayo. The Tribeswomen are going for a 20th title overall, and three-in-a-row, against a Mayo outfit that haven't tasted provincial silverware since 2023.
