On this week's The Ability Show with Adrianne Murphy, Liam Gildea, Facilitator and Counsellor with the ‘Living Well’ Programme in Roscommon talks about his experiences with bipolar, which he hopes will help fellow sufferers, and his book entitled ‘High Life Low Life, Living with Bipolar Disorder'. Bipolar disorder is a medical illness that causes unusual shifts in mood, energy and activity levels. It can cause your mood to swing from very high to very low, and usually first develops in late teens or early adulthood.
