This excellent list of books about racism from NPR The Minority Korner podcast from Maximum Fun Mellody Hobson's TED Talk on how talking about race makes for better business The Code Switch's incredible podcast on what happens when we get used to watching Black people die (Can you tell we are NPR fans?)
