Lies can be complicated

from Shattered but Unbroken · host Anousone

In this episode, I want to share honestly about how busy and complicated life has become as we enter a new year. Life doesn’t always slow down when the calendar changes, and right now I am facing many doctor appointments for my eyes. The doctors have mentioned surgery, and I am truly struggling with the decision. I feel scared, uncertain, and overwhelmed, and I don’t always know what the right choice is.At the same time, life brings both bad news and good news. While I am dealing with my own health challenges, I am incredibly proud of my daughter. She is graduating from TCU University in Phoenix, studying nursing, and she has been accepted into the Navy Nurse Candidate Program. Seeing her hard work, strength, and bright future gives me hope and reminds me that good things still happen, even during difficult times. This episode is about living in between emotions—worry and pride, fear and gratitude. I am struggling, but I am also deeply thankful for my family. They are kind to me, they listen when I cry, and they take such good care of me when I feel weak. Their love gives me strength to keep going.Thank you to everyone who listens and supports me. Life may be busy, confusing, and painful at times, but appreciation, love, and family help us move forward, one day at a time.
