Life Found In The Wilderness

We are in week five of our sermon series "The Wilderness". In this series we look at how God meets us in the difficult seasons of our lives. Hagar, Moses, David, the people of Israel, John, and Jesus each spent time in the wilderness. Their experiences and encounters with God in the wilderness teach us how to trust God when life gets hard. We serve a God who sees us, hears our cries for help, and provides for our needs in the wildernesses of life. This week we look at the life of John the Baptist from Mark chapter one and discover how John was called to be the voice of hope in the wilderness. We see how we are invited to the wilderness to discover the true life that can be found there.
