from Life Gets MoCrazy · host Lets Get MoCrazy

All of a sudden, anyone who is connected to a Brain Injury, their life becomes a little MoCrazy. A Brain Injury does shut some doors, but it also opens doors. This show will be talking to survivors, caregivers, therapists, anyone immediately involved with a Brain Injury to learn different ways to overcome this struggle and walk through new doors. Every single person who had a Brain Injury has new doors opened for them, take a leap of faith and walk through those doors.   In January 2013 Jack Severson sustained a TBI in a slopestyle (ski) competition  in Park City, UT, while attempting a double back flip. He was transported to Primary Children’s Hospital with several broken ribs, pelvis, collarbone and a serious head injury. Jack survived, completely recovered, and went back to skiing, competing and learning new tricks.  Jack graduated high school from the Winter Sports School and currently attends Western Washington University.  We are going to find out some ways Jack looked at his brain injury with a Growth mindset and learned how to overcome this struggle.
