Around eight years ago…12:15 If I put my mind to something then I do that …13:02 I was always a sporty person…since I come to Hong Kong… I got less sleep, I worked much longer… In my mind I am the sporty guy… 16:37 [Being unhealthy] The most important was to admit it to yourself… 19:22 At the beginning there wasn’t a strategy… I tried every diet that was out there… I’m super curious…21:06 I started to be more active… I was on a journey… a few things came together around 2 years ago…23:12 [Sleep] I discovered it all starts there… we watched a course about sleeping…26:03 A power down hour before sleep…27:41  I always heard about intermittent fasting… sounded kinda interesting… I did 16/8… I decided to skip breakfast…  I became more focused…30:20 I buy myself an indoor bike and I will spend a really good amount of money on it…31:09 I lost 15Kilos … it worked for me because it felt good… I had much more energy… 33:50 Why should I do it if it doesn’t feel good…35:09 I love to work…there are two types of stress…33:57 When a problem occurs... I ask myself what is good about this problem… put the focus on the opportunity…38:04 Living in the moment… putting my mind back in the moment… focus more on the solution…41:20 I don’t think I will ever arrive …it’s a life style now… I lost weight, I became more fit – breathe better… I did a very interesting course from Wim Hof… they call him the “Ice Man”42:41 I would rate myself as an eight... My lifestyle is implemented into my day…44:11 I read three types of books ...
